We’ll start off at Venda Ravioli, where owner Alan Constantino gives us a tour around the Venda Marketplace and Deli, Rhode Island’s most famous Italian market. Next we’ll head next door, where chef Anthony Chiero prepares Venda’s famous lobster ravioli, plus an eggplant agnolotti with sweet Italian sausage. After that Anthony takes us to the pizza kitchen, where he shares the secrets of what makes an authentic Neopolitian style pizza.
