After that Anthony takes us to the pizza kitchen, where he shares the secrets of what makes an authentic Neopolitian style pizza. After we head down the road to Camille’s Restaurant, Federal Hill’s oldest operating restaurant, for some phenomenal dishes prepared by chef Michael Pennachia, including charred octopus, “clam chowder” gnocchi, and roasted wild boar with a port wine reduction and seasonal vegetables.
